Dianne Conduit
Dianne is a registered nurse and experienced manager. She has over 30 years experience in the NHS and has held a wide range of clinical and managerial positions.
These roles have included; director of nursing and quality at an acute trust; director of commissioning within a PCT, which involved developing the commissioning culture and processes to work with first and second wave Foundation Trusts, and Director of Commissioning and Professional Practice with one of the few integrated health and social care trusts in England. This role included leading work to develop integrated commissioning for adult health and social care and securing improved quality and value for money following a review of continuing care and funded nursing care processes.
Other work has included working with NHS organisations and the Modernisation Agency and NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement on service improvement and pathway redesign for long term conditions and end of life care. She also facilitated the implementation of clinical governance across 11 health communities and led the modernisation of emergency and critical care whilst at NHS Executive Trent.
Dianne holds a Diploma of Management and an MBA from the Open University
